Onsite Engraving Events - Brand Activations, Corporate Parties, Special Events
Maureen offers engraving, calligraphy, and hot foiling events.
Please use the Contact Form to inquire about event services.
You will need to provide a large, sturdy table with a tablecloth and an arm chair. She will bring her own power source for engraving and calligraphy events. For foiling events, a dedicated electric outlet is required.
Maureen will also provide order forms, pens, desk lighting, and table signage explaining to guests how to place their order.
Custom Engraving - Wine Bottles, Liquor, Fragrance, Glasses, etc.
Contact Maureen through the Contact Us form and include the replacement value of the items and the text you want engraved. Most of her hand engraving is in a script style, but if you have another style in mind, feel free to send her links to inspiration photos.
Yes, but there is a chance they could explode after engraving. This has happened twice to Maureen, a few hours after the bottles were completed. So for sparkling wines, if they explode after engraving Maureen is not responsible for replacing them or for any damages caused by exploding bottles.
For most orders of 1-3 items, 1-2 business days. For larger orders, 1 week or more, depending on Maureen's work schedule.
Calligraphy Classes
Maureen offers pointed pen calligraphy, brush marker lettering, and handwriting classes in American Cursive and Italic.
Maureen will teach in-person workshops onsite for groups of 12 or more. For private or small group lessons (8 students or fewer), Maureen teaches on Zoom.

Envelope Addressing

For Hand Calligraphy, allow about one week per 100 addresses.
For script fonts, Maureen can emulate the style to coordinate with your invitation.
Yes, once you place your order we will be happy to help you with your etiquette questions. If we don’t know the answer, then we’ll find it out for you!
Yes, if you provide us an invitation or a color swatch with your envelopes.
Absolutely. We never use your information for anything other than completing your order. Maureen will delete your address list 60 days after your order is completed.
Yes, Maureen will return all items to you, unless you request that she keep a few on hand just in case. If you prefer her not to keep any extras, please let her know.

No, we do not offer these at this time. If you need to find someone to assist you, please let us know, and we will check with our favorite stationers for their recommendations.
Invitation Design
No, we don’t offer design work on spec. We require a down payment to begin the design process, and then you’ll have up to three requests for minor changes (changing a capital letter style, editing the flourishing) before Maureen prepares the final design. If you decide that you prefer not to order the design, the deposit will act as your cancellation fee.
Five to ten business days after Maureen receives the final wording and dimensions for each item in the invitation suite.

We usually don’t sign formal contracts, except for onsite events, preferring instead to rely on email correspondence and our invoices to specify the details of each job.
If you prefer a formal contract or letter agreement, we are happy to create one for your project.
If you have ordered hand calligraphy services that require a nonrefundable, nontransferable retainer, the retainer will act as your cancellation fee should you decide to go in another direction.
This happens more often than not! Please email us the additions and bring by the additional envelopes, and we will complete those for you. The rate a minimum fee of $20 plus tax for each order of additional items.
Yes, when our schedule allows, we will work with you to provide rush services.
